01. In today's meeting, the proceedings of the meeting started under the chairmanship of Mr. Md. Ali Hossain, Chairman of UP. The minutes of the last session are read out at the outset and are unanimously approved without any modification or extension.
 
02. 02. At the commencement of the meeting, the President informed the meeting that Rs. .03.04.2018-111 Date 31/10/2018 Eng. The project must be implemented by the said allocation. The President informed the meeting that according to the operational manual of project implementation, ward committee and scheme supervision committee has been formed to determine the priority needs through each ward meeting and
Priority requirements received from each ward have been forwarded to the Upazila BGCC Committee for approval and approved by the BGCC Committee. With the money received in this case, important projects can be taken through unanimous decision from among the approved list for implementation as per the operation manual prepared for the project.
In the light of the above remarks of the President there was a long discussion among the members present and at the end of the discussion the priority needs received from each ward through ward meeting were discussed and after discussion unanimously a decision was taken to implement the following projects.
